COVID-19 Update (Open for business/visitors)

Earlier this week England moved to Step 4 of the roadmap meaning everyone should be cautious whilst managing the risks as cases of COVID-19 remain high. We’re already back to working full-time and now look forward to seeing you again.
Visitors

We are always happy for you to visit us and if possible ask that you arrange this beforehand. We have a reception here on site where we can discuss your requirements whilst maintaining social distancing or if you would prefer we’re happy to meet outside in the open air.
PPE

We have always offered visitors the opportunity to wear marks, particularly those visiting workshop areas due to this being a dusty environment. This offer still stands, along with ear defenders and eye protection. If you require any of these items on your arrival please make a member of staff aware.

Yours Sincerely,

Ian Macpherson,
Sales Director

COVID-19 Update (Shutdown)

Earlier this week the UK Government introduced more stringent limits to our movements at
home and in the workplace to try and minimise the spread of the Coronavirus.

Following the Government’s advice Control Waterjet Cutting will be shutting down all operations
as of Friday 27th March 16:00. This shutdown will be for a minimum of two weeks but may be
extended following further government advice.

Over the next few days the accounts, sales and processing team will all be working from home
until shutdown. During this time we ask that these departments are contacted by email:

Accounts – accounts@controlwaterjet.co.uk
Sales – sales@controlwaterjet.co.uk
Processing – ricky@controlwaterjet.co.uk

This decision has not been taken lightly and we are sorry for any inconvenience that this may
have caused. We are currently in the process of contacting all customers/suppliers with
outstanding orders and we thank you all for your support during this challenging time.

Yours Sincerely,
Ian Macpherson
Sales Director

This now opens up the ability to cut Tufnol, Carbon Fibre, Laminates, Commposites and glass.

Please speak to us about your requirements and we will be happy to help.
